About the job

Job Location: Duri - Riau


Job Descriptions:

  • Lead, supervise, and manage a group of Trainer and its activity to provide various HES training Services and other trainings required by Company
  • Propose training plans and annual development to Company to get Approval including manage, coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor performance of result of the training program.
  • Produce training materials, manuals and documentation, organize fiscal reports and analysis
  • Working with Other Contractor to plan strategies, training methods, and development program needed to improve skill and competency from Company contractor’s personnel, whether it is in mandatory HES field or other non-HES field.
  • Report to Facility Engineering Business Service team regarding with planning and implementation of training programs


Requirements :

  • Minimum education is a bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, science, economic, management, or computer with 10 years or diploma (D3) in engineering, science, economic, management, or computer with 13 years working experience in Oil & Gas and also well known in HES activies and construction activites
  • Experienced in Learning Management System, Learning Content Management System, Project Management, and TOT (Training of Trainer) Management
  • Having a certification or qualification in training and development (instructional design, teaching, or related)
